They advised us on every aspect of the letting process - from providing a realistic and honest rental value for the kind of tenant we were keen to secure, from the outset, (rather than a hyped up one to try and secure our business); to coordinating all viewings, and advising on the letting terms and process.
They communicated well throughout and were on hand to answer all our queries and follow ups in a timely way, as they arose.
As we were in the middle of an international move, at the time of letting, the fact they were able to handle the handover/settling process end-to-end (from arranging the inventory and professional cleaning, and dealing with minor maintenance works required prior to the start of the tenancy) has been invaluable.

WOW..!!  I would highly recommend this Estate Agent. I have recently purchased a property through them. Spoke to the rest but got the best...! Bryan Maher & Co took all of the anxiety out of selling my late Father In Law's house. From start to finish, nothing was too much for the team.  From the day my wife called around different agents to obtain quotes to sell our house, Ian Maher of Bryan Maher & Co impressed with his positive engagement and once met, we immediately felt we could trust him to deliver a good result. He quickly arranged a sunny day for the photographs and within the first weekend we had prospective buyers making offers sight unseen. The team efficiently arranged two one hour viewing sessions on one day for the 20 plus interested parties so we did not have to keep the house prestine for days at a time and within a couple of days we were receiving offers.
